Delivery Services
Our company offers two delivery options. Details are as follows:
- In-Person Pickup: Free of charge.
- SF Express Delivery Services and Fees:

Delivery Services Details
2.1 Home Delivery
The delivery service is provided by SF Express and covers commercial locations only. If you wish to deliver to a residential address or remote area, additional fees may apply upon receipt. For details, please refer to SF Express’s terms and conditions:

2.2 Self-Pickup
You may choose to pick up your order at the following SF Lockers, SF Stores, or SF Service Centers. For detailed locations, please refer to the following links:
2.3 Actual Delivery Time
The actual delivery time may vary depending on weather conditions, holidays, delivery locations, and stock availability. We do not guarantee that the products will be delivered by a specified time.
2.4 Weather and Holiday Delays
If a No. 8 or higher typhoon signal or a black rainstorm warning is in effect during home delivery, the delivery schedule may be affected. Delivery times may also be delayed during holidays (e.g., Christmas, Lunar New Year, and Easter). Remote areas may require longer delivery times.
2.5 Self-Pickup Notifications
Once your order has arrived at the pickup point, you will receive an SMS notification from SF Express or SF Locker. Please follow the instructions in the notification to collect your order within the specified timeframe. Otherwise, SF Express may charge a storage fee.
2.6 Damaged Goods
If you discover that your goods are damaged during transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt via email at cs@missbearkiss.com or WhatsApp at +852 46907276 for assistance.
2.7 Order Modifications
All confirmed orders cannot be canceled or have their delivery address modified. If you need to change the pickup point, please contact SF Express Customer Service at 27300273 or email 852csmain@sf-express.com.

Customers can track their order status by entering the waybill number on the SF Express website:

Frequently Asked Questions about Delivery
Do I need to pay for shipping?
- In-Person Pickup: Free of charge.
- For SF Express delivery, orders of HKD $200 or above qualify for free shipping. For orders below HKD $200, shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
Can you ship to locations outside of Hong Kong or to other countries?
Delivery is limited to Hong Kong only.
Will I receive a pickup notification when my order arrives at the pickup point?
- In-store Pickup: You will receive a phone call when your order arrives at the store.
- SF Express Delivery: Once your order arrives at the pickup point, you will receive an SMS notification from SF Express or SF Locker. Please follow the instructions in the notification to collect your order within the specified timeframe. Otherwise, SF Express may charge a storage fee.
How long will the pickup point hold my order?
- SF Express Delivery: Once your order has arrived at the pickup point, you will receive a "Pickup Notification" message from SF Express. The exact timeframe will be stated in the message. If you fail to collect your order within the specified time, any storage fees charged by SF Express must be paid by the customer.
Return and Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
According to our return and exchange policy, if you receive a product that has a non-human-induced quality issue, defect, or damage (not caused by you), or if the product is incorrect or the quantity is inaccurate, you may contact us within 7 days of the receipt date to arrange for a return or exchange, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The return or exchange policy applies.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition, including all parts and accessories provided with the product, such as manuals, certificates, labels, tags, consumables, bags, and boxes.
- The product packaging must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
- The return or exchange request must be accepted by our customer service representative, and the product must be returned within the specified period.
You agree and accept that approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method. If any promotional discounts were applied to the total purchase amount at the time of purchase, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the product.
You agree and accept that product exchanges are subject to stock availability.
You agree and accept that the decision to approve a return or exchange is at the sole discretion of our company. Under no circumstances will we accept direct returns to us, nor will we be responsible for any damage to the product caused by any reason.
